  If you read my other reviews first, you'll notice this is the first negative review I have written so don't make assumptions. At BabyBunting Joondalup the staff were very slow moving. They mentioned they were "short staffed" yet I counted 6 staff on the floor and only 4 customers during a non peak period. None of the staff looked particularly busy. Only 1 staff member was serving at the counter and 3 customers were lined up waiting. One was talking to a friend in the store (chatting, not assisting) and when asked to help serve, she gave her colleague a dirty look and continued chatting. It took 35 minutes for me to receive a printed copy of a gift registry, which is all I came in for (I later found it was missing 3 pages). This was because the only staff member at the counter admitted she didn't know how to use the printer. Once printed, another staff member started swearing very loudly at the lady who served me for "deleting her tickets from the computer" while she was printing my registry. And she "f**ng deleted all her work so she was never f**ng doing tickets again f** this" it was loud and right in front of myself and other customers, including young children. No other staff seemed concerned and didn't apologise on behalf of their colleague's outburst. I found it really inappropriate. I witnessed another customer get palmed off to different staff 3 times because "I'll get XX to serve you, she's the expert on cots" it was like everyone was avoiding work and whenever they were forced to do any work they struggled to be competent at it. It seems a severe lack of training and poor people management would be the issue here. I have no issues with the store or products themselves, albeit more expensive than a department store. They have a very large variety of brands and products and when it comes to baby seats a massive range to suit a large scale of budgets. The online system for retrieving gift registries is not user friendly, hence I went into the store. I could explain the faults but it's not relevant to this store.
