  Bought 5 bar stools, 1 was faulty, fell apart whilst putting it together. We decided we didn't want to replace it, we just wanted our money back for the 1 stool. They refused, they would only replace, or they offered a credit less 20% of the bill. (Not 20% of the item - 20% of the entire bill) So if we took up their offer of a credit less 20% of the bill, we would get absolutely nothing back for our stool. Surely this is a breach of ACCC rules. The manager - Abul?? is so rude, and uncompromising, he doesn't see an issue with their refund policy at all. Not to mention, I never signed a document agreeing to such ridiculous rules. NEVER SHOP HERE! and if you do, get a bunch of individual receipts, don't pay on 1 receipt, if you have any issues it will cost you.
