  Been going along to Pulse for about 7 years and have enjoyed every minute. The trainers are excellent and keep pushing you to achieve stuff you didn't think possible, and despite the hard work we generally have fun during the group classes. Would recommend the Pulse team to anyone who wants to achieve their goals... they guarantee results and if you are prepared to work you will get results.

  Pulse Fitness is by far the best gym Ive been to. You don't just a get a great workout which pushes you every time, no matter if its the PT sessions or group classes which are never the same so you don't get bored. Its also the only gym I know of where it is really social and no one wears headphones! All of the trainers are great and have been there since it opened 10 years ago, so its no wonder they know everyone by name including their families! I love being a part of the Pulse Family and recommend it to anyone wanting that personal service and a genuine interest in helping you achieve your goals. Elisha
